Do I pay first?
No. We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. You can open the parcel in front of the rider. If you do not like it, do not take it. You pay nothing.
Can I get my money back if it does not work?
We are honest about this. We cannot take back an opened bottle, because it cannot be sold again. Instead we offer: check at the door, 7 day return on a sealed bottle, a same day replacement if the parcel is broken or wrong, and 30 days of WhatsApp guidance.
Does it contain steroids or harsh chemicals?
No. It is a blend of 12 natural oils. The full list is on our product page. What is on the label is in the bottle.
How soon will I feel something?
Most people tell us 7 to 14 days. Some feel warmth and lightness after the first massage. We do not promise overnight results, because no oil can.
Is Rs 2,999 expensive?
One bottle lasts 6 to 8 weeks. That is about Rs 50 a day, less than a cup of tea.
How long does delivery take?
Big cities like Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar take 2 to 4 working days. The rest of Pakistan takes 3 to 6 days. Delivery is free.
Is it a medicine?
No. It is a massage oil. It does not treat any disease. For any medical problem, please ask your doctor.
Can I send it to someone else?
Yes. Put their name, number and address in the order. We can call them and explain how to use it.
Can I use it with my medicines?
It is for outside use only, not to be eaten. If you are under treatment, please tell your doctor.
Is it safe in pregnancy or for kids?
Please ask your doctor first. Do not use it on children under 12.
