Simple, honest returns
We only promise what we can keep. Here is how it works.
1. Open it at the door
Before you pay, open the parcel. Check the seal and the batch number. If it is not what you ordered, do not take it. You pay nothing.
2. Sealed bottle, 7 days
Changed your mind and the seal is still on? Send RETURN on WhatsApp within 7 days. We arrange the pickup.
3. Broken or wrong parcel
Send a photo of the parcel as you open it. We send a new one the same day. No form, no argument.
What we cannot do
We cannot take back an opened bottle, because it cannot be sold again to anyone else.
